A great cook! I like to be creative and try new things.

I am a better cook than most, including my mom! I think it's because I understand the basic principles of cooking, and I like to be neat and organized. I am precise in my cooking and I know how to manipulate a recipe to make it my own if I have too.

I really think that in order to be a good cook you have to understand the fundamentals of cooking and have a basic knowledge of how cooking works and all that other boring stuff you would learn in a cooking class when not in the kitchen.
