you can use lemon juice and flour. Mix teh flour with lemon juice and warm water. Spinkle the flour in slowly and stir until all lummps are gone. Season with peper and salt. Remember you need little lemon juice. Fresh lemons are the best. If you have food processor you can grind the peel into a paste like material and use that too.
you can do this with any other fruits too
