Turn the oven on 250 F. Then get the cake pan ~ place as many Ritz crackers that will fit in the pan [or that you want to eat] then put one pepperoni on each cracker and then place shredded cheese on top of the pepperoni. Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted. It usually takes about 5 maybe 10 minutes depending on your oven.A very quick and yummy snack!

Why don't you just boil water and cook ramen or instant noodles, takes 3 minutes to cook, add an egg when it's about done cooking, makes it more filling and healthier or you can buy the ramen that you just fill up with hot water (comes in a cup or bowl) :-) Really lazy? Easy Mac, frozen burritos, Hot Pockets, etc. All microwavable. Cereal is also good any time of the day or night.
If you want something fast and easy that seems more like "real" food with minimum effort, how about pasta or pre-made tortillini with bottled sauce. Or, get some good quality sandwich rolls & sliced deli meat & cheese. Make an open faced sandwich and put it into a toaster oven or broiler 'till the cheese is brown and bubbly (mmmmmm).
Healthy/Lazy snacks:
*peel bananna, dip it into peanut butter jar, munch.
*Open container of cottage cheese, dip pre-peeled/washed baby carrots, chrunch.
*Hummus, cheese sticks, pita bread. It's good
