Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(I'm cooking a turkey. Should I use Convection Bake or Standard Bake?),it will help you,my kids.
and at what temperature?
Im stuffing it with carrots, celery, onions and oranges. I dont know which mode to put the oven on to get the best results. Any ideas?
Answers:
Roast either way. Convection is more even heat, though. But either way is fine. Roast at 350 degrees -- twenty minutes per pound if the bird is stuffed. Check by moving the drumstick back and forth. If it moves easily, then it's probably done. Also pierce the thigh meat with a fork. If the juices run clear, it's done.
If by chance you cut into the bird and find that it isn't thoroughly cooked, put the uncooked pieces into the microwave for a short time. Don't eat them with raw meat on the bones.
Other Answers:
use regular oven

Microwaving is the only way to go. regular Oven is fine , better results if warp with Little butter and cover with foil, temperature 35o the cooking time is depending on its wait( 20 mi nits per KG)
then uncovered only last half hour. leave it while oven off 10 mi nits. take away the remaining souse to be used later and serve Bonn apatite
