slice up some sausages. fry some onions & garlic. add in 1/2 tsp chilli powder (to give it some kick!) put less if u want it mild. stir in the sausages & add a dash of dark soya sauce & salt to taste (if not salty enough!). mix well & keep stiring until the sausages r cooked. serve with rice & veges or mash potatoes or garlic bread. u could also add green peas in the sausage dish if u want. this is a very easy recipe & can be done in less than 30 mins. hope this helps & happy eating =)

I must wait till Sunday for mine :-( If its hot out, and you want a cool salad, here's one
1/2 lb chicken breasts, cooked (ie: boil or grilled), boned and skin removed, and chilled. Or 2 boneless breasts.
1/2 summer sausage (ie: hillshire farms, etc)
1/2 avocado, ripe and diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely diced
1 tomato diced
1/4 of a cabbage, sliced and diced
diced celery/onion
1 jalapeno, finely diced with seeds removed, optional
mayo
salt/pepper to taste
Pull apart the chicken breast and shred or dice. Slice the sausage or if its sausage links, cook and dice.
Put aside.
In a large bowl
Add the cilantro, tomato and avocado.
Add the celery / onion, jalapeno dash of salt/pepper.
Add the cabbage and 2 -3 tbsp of mayo or just enough to moisten to your taste.
Chill for 1/2 hour and serve cold, topped with the chicken and sausage, or mix into the salad before serving.
