Answers:
Try mixing peanuts and raisins with a few chocolate chips or m&m's. Carrot and raisin salad with crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows is also good. They love candied sweet potatoes or sweet potato souffle. Try one of the high fiber breads with their favorite filling.

Other Answers:
yeah, just make Oatmeal chocolate chip or Oatmeal raisin cookies. That is VERY high fiber and I dont' know a kid who doesn't like at least one or the other. You can find the recipe ANYWHERE.

any recipe could be kid freindly if presented the right way... My mom actually convinced me that brussel sprouts were good... I had gotten beat up and my Mom noticed that I was watching Popeye and she convinced me that spinich was only ok but brussel sprouts were way better at making you strong... 25 years later I know the truth but I still love to eat brussel sprouts I use Kraftfoods.com. You can do a recipe search by ingredients. Just type in the main ingredient you want and I think it allows up to three others you want to throw in and gives you results based on those ingredients

The product benefiber can be mixed into recipes you already know. Check it out and see if it's what you are looking for.

granola cereal, mini m&m s, nuts, and raisins all mixed together for a high fiber trail mix with color(m&ms) to keep the kids interested.
Oats are the most soluble of all fibers (found in granola) Try using the new pastas with whole grain/high fiber incrediants. I know barilla makes all kinds of good for you pasta with lots of fiber. For a high fiber snack, peanut butter on apple slices (with the skin) offers a good amount of fiber. Also, Broccoli with cheese sauce is a big hit at my house (Tons of fiber!). Hope this helps!
