What food is there that I can together on a 40min lunch break, that wont make me bloated, as id have say beans on toast as it quick but it bloats me so much help me plz thank you :o)

Answers:
Bread, potatoes and pasta has to much starch in it. Get salad or if you want bread get wheat or rye, Red potatoes are the best, and get organic pasta. They have less starch.

Other Answers:
Salad would be good......
I'd suggest you consult your doctor, and not take the advice on here! Sounds like you may be suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). One of my sisters suffers with very similar symptoms to what you have described.
Dark bread with lots of fiber inn it?
or allot of vegetables and fruit.
Fish... cold trout is excellent for a lunch break
Try having soup on its own. lots of fruits, salads with tuna, ror chicken anything that makes salad not to boring.
All the food you mention are Carbohydrates! Beans, bread, pasta and potatoes are all Carbs. Salad would be the best thing to have at lunch. Stay away from the Carbs.
Beans on Toast???? I'm bloated just reading it.
Its the starch and fiber in the foods that is making you bloat. Eat a balanced meal of fruits and vegatables, dairy, meats or protein, and breads and pastas and you'll be fine. And to whoever told you that you might have IBS is WRONG! I have IBS and Crohn's disease and it has never been aggravated by anything like that.
just eat something else....like some veggies
