If i remember the name correctly there is a cooking magazine called cooking light...it has diabetic recipes in it. My mother started getting that magazine when she found out my dad was a diabetic. Also the people who make the cooking magazine Taste of Home have a magazine called Light and tasty. There are lots of awesome recipes in both.
