1 cleaned sheep or lamb's stomach
2 lbs. dry oatmeal
1 lb. chopped mutton suet
1 lb. lamb or venison liver, boiled and minced
2 cups stock
sheep heart and lights, boiled and minced
1 large chopped onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
This is the most traditional of all Scottish dishes, eaten on Burns Night (January 25th, the birthday of Scotland's national poet, Robert Burns, 1759-1796) and at Hogmanay (New Year's Eve). It is really a large round sausage; the skin being a sheep's paunch. The finest haggis of all is made with deer liver, served to the skirl of the pipes, cut open with a traditional 'sgian dubh' (black stocking knife) and accompanied by small glasses of neat Scotch whisky. This recipes dates from 1856.
Toast oatmeal slowly until crisp. Mix all ingredients (except stomach bag) together. Add stock. Fill bag to just over half full, press out air, and sew up securely. Have ready a large pot of boiling water. Prick the haggis all over with a large pin so it doesn't burst. Boil slowly for 4-5 hours. Serve with clapshot.

You want to simply up your portions.Now im not saying go fill up on fast food and sit all the time.Exercise isnt only to lose weight it keeps us healthy.Just because you want to pack on a few pounds doesnt mean you shouldnt still be healthy.Continue eating your healthy balanced meals,just up your portions a bit.Dont go too much overboard with the "extra" food you put into a portion just slightly bigger.Slowly and gradually you will gain a little weight.Continue exercises because it will help you remain healthy and in "shape" rather than too skinny.Good luck!

Go to a health food store and get some of their protein shakes. They will be able to help you out there, like a GNC type place. You don't want to eat a ton of fatty foods, you want to put on pounds, but not fat. Try working out too since muscle weighs more than fat.
i think that you should grease up your foods. not so much like mcdonalds, but healthy-ish. thats if you want fat, other wize, if you want a healthy diet, then have big sized portions of healthy foods

Exercise and lift weights. That will give you muscle mass.
Drink lots of water.
If you are male you will put on two pounds every year until you reach the age of sixty and then you will lose a pound a year. I am 49 and have tracked this weight gain. When I was 25 I weight 164. Now 195. Look at all the great atheletes who have been around for 10-15 years and compare their bodies over time.
So let nature take it's time. Don't waste money on bulking agents. And lift!
Make banana milk shake with full cream milk and drink that daily.
eat mc donalds 1 to 2 times a week and work out lightly
well u can eat alot of food. But it most likely wont work if u already are. you probably have a fast metabolism. so if you do eat alot it still wont work.
Drink Ensure (or other brand name) diet supplements. If you're concerned about price, I think that some drug stores (maybe even Wal-mart) carry it with their name on it. (i.e. private label it)

Buy a protein supplement that you can mix in milk or water. If you're lactose intolerant, you need a protein mix without any whey protein in it. Lift weights, too. Follow a workout plan that has you lifting heavy weight. Lifting light is good for increasing bloodflow and stamina, but lifting heavy is what causes gains in muscle mass. You're muscles get larger even right after you lift, due to high blood flow going to the muscle groups that were exercised. Also, try adding a lot of protein in your every day diet. Steak, chicken, and certain fish like tuna are very high in protein. Incorporate high protein food into your snacks as well. Beef jerky and protein bars are good for that.
Try Carnation instant breakfast in addition to eating your breakfast. It tastes good too!
