Answers:
I eat alot of chicken too. Sometime I'll use like a lemon-pepper seasoning. But to make your chicken (or fish for that matter) have a sweet taste, and make it tender I let is marinade in orange Juice. Using apper cider vinger if fring is good too. Also try soy sauce. Hey don't knock it till you've tried it!

I like baking chicken with lemon & garlic, or cutting it up & putting it in with some pasta ... Mrs Dash has a good line of seasonings.

My friend told me this recipe. Soy sauce, Olive Oil, marjoram, rosemary & thyme, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Turns out really good! I have a recipe for honey mustard chicken it's so easy
1tbsp each mustard and honey bake in the chicken first then add the wet ingredients.simmer till your ready to eat goes great with rice and green beans. Also go to www.recipezaar.com

Marinate in Italian dressing! YUM! For a good asian chicken, blend 1/4 c. soy sauce, freshly grated ginger, 1-2 cloves of garlic and 1/2 c. cooking oil. This will marinate 1lb of chicken, so you can adjust it for smaller amounts. Also, Panko is great for baking chicken or fish - it is asian breadcrumbs that stay very crunchy when baked. Just dip the chicken in some beaten eggs (or egg whites, if you prefer), roll in the panko and bake until cooked through.

Seasoning the chicken is one thing but be mindful what your eating with it. If youre eating vegetables and a starch, you can kick up the spice a bit. If your side dishes are spice ridden you want to go easy on the chicken. For example, if youre going Spanish red beans and rice, Adobo the chicken(garlic, salt, black pepper). You can't go wrong with Lawry's Seasoning Salt, which is excellent, but the chicken CANNOT sit in it. The chicken must be cooked right away. You can use Sazon (with achiote) which gives it a beautiful color or Sazon (without achiote and annatto, lemon pepper. Try a gourmet shop and look for sea salt that may have added spices to it like tarragon. Sea salt is fantastic. It's very mild and it just perks up the natural flavor. There is also Chinese five spice which is the bomb too. Good cookin!

I love to baked chicken in a 350 degrees F oven with one of the Rubs & Marianades below:
