Answers:
forgetting the butter won't change the flavor enough to matter.

Other Answers:
it will be a bit dry but ok
It will probably taste fine, just not as "rich",but hey less calories!!
It will taste like an apple pie without butter pieces lol
It is going to be a little dry, and lack a little flavor. The butter's fat enhances the other ingredients in the pie.
it will taste delicious
the butter , basically, just adds the butter flavor, makes it all 'brown' a bit. You should be just fine, it won't look as 'brown' when you get it out of the oven, so try not to over cook it.

Your inside should taste just like apples!! don't worry, every brilliant baker discovers a reciepe by accident!!! Just remember what you didn't put in it, and if it turns out good, try seling them at a yard sale, then enter them in comptetions, who knows, next yr you could be a 10 thousand dollar winner at the national pie challenge!!!!
It will be fine... I rarely put the butter into my apple pies. Have to save fat where you can!

As long as your apples bake long enough to get juicy, your pie should taste just lovely! I think I need to go make one now, that sounds good...
Just don't tell Paula Deen!
