Answers:
Peel; mash thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or 1/2 teaspoon ascorbic acid per cup of mashed banana. Pack into containers, leave headspace, seal and freeze.

Other Answers:
Yes you can freeze them, I would drain them after you thaw them, because they contain alot of water while frozen. Frozen bananas make the BEST bread

U should freeze them before you mash them but if you do it would be easiest to keep them in a plastic baggy. you have to thaw those naners before you use them. By the way just how many bananas did you buy? yes you can, you could also freeze them whole

i would think u could freeze them after smashin them up because i freeze zucchini for bread i would think it was the same just try it and see otherwise u will prolly end up throwin them away if u dont freeze them and if u freeze them u might throw them away but then again u might not just give it a try

Freeze them unpeeled to KEEP the water content - a recipe assumes you are using aged bananas - not frozen and drained - your recipe will be off and probably a drier bread

I've never done it, heard it from a neighbor... but you could mash the bananas and make the bread mixture, freeze that. I've frozen bananas before unsuccessfully. You can, but I wouldn't recommend it: they'll turn brown.

Yes, you can mash em & freeze em... another idea... take a few whole ones, put a popsicle stick in the end of each, then dip in chocolate, and topping ( nuts, sprinkles, crushed candy) and then freeze, my kids love it, also good for teething toddlers!
