First stuff and bake your peppers. Then after they cool, Place in either individual containers or large ones depending on how many you make.
You can do the same with stuffed artichokes.
stuff, cook freeze in gallon size freezer bags. I try to stop cooking them while the pepper is still a little crunchy. I also freeze stuffed cabbage the same way.

You can, yes. My mother has done that, but she usually cooks them, then freezes them.
I'm not trying to be funny but what I do is buy what I need and cook and serve them. if any are left over then I may freeze them, if I don't plan to eat them the next day.
You can do either, as long as the filling is something that can be frozen raw. I personally prefer to cook before freezing because it seems to me that it takes *forever* to cook them from frozen, and thawing before cooking usually makes the filling fall out. If I freeze cooked peppers, the filling stays in better. But it's really okay either way if it works for you.
When I freeze my stuffed pepper, I make my stuffing with raw ground beef, then freeze and add tomatoe sauce when they come out of the freezer.
