Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(I want to start baking, how do I bake?),it will help you,my kids.
As silly as it sounds, I have never baked in my life! Could anyone tell me what things I should have at hand before I start baking and perhaps a simple baking recipe I can try out too? I don't really have a tooth tooth, so something salty would be nice....Thanks a ton.

Good for you! The basic equipment that you will need will depend on exactly what you want to bake. For starters you might consider:
BASICS:
1) Non-stick pans (cookie sheets, cake pans, an 8 or 9" loaf pan)
2) A cake tester (a thin needle for inserting into cakes or breads)
3) Oven mits (if you don't already have them)
4) Butter flavored spray, like Pam.
5) Flour sifter
6) Measuring cups and spoons (There are dry and wet measuring cups)
7) An oven thermometer (Just because it says 350 doesn't mean it really is.)
8) A number of mixing bowls (I like Oxo because of their rubber coating - but any kind will do)
9) An electric mixer
10) Spatulas and mixing spoons
11) Oven timer (with a loud long ring so you can hear it from far away)
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
12) A Silpat liner (a fancy non-stick silicone liner; works better than non-stick pan but pricey at $20)
13) Fancy Kitchen-Aid type stand mixer. (quite expensive - save for when you decide you want volume production.)
14) Small kitchen digital scale
TIPS:
1) Always preheat the oven before you insert food. Cooking times assume this, and recipes will usually tell you to preheat. If you live at a high altitude then you may need a slightly higher temperature.
2) The best way to mess up a recipe is to get distracted while baking. You need to stay close to the oven and check it frequently.
3) If you are new to this, try starting with mixes and then make slight changes to them. For example, start with a pillsbury banana bread rather than one from from scratch - but customize it a bit. For example if you want to make banana bread, start with a mix, but to make it moist and flavorful, reduce the amount of water and add 2/3 cup pureed bananas.
Finally be brave, experiment and don't be afraid to fail. It takes practice and time but before you know it you will be baking up a storm and all your friends will be jealous. This website has a plethora of great tips:

Um...you use the oven. Follow directions. And don't forget to lock yourself INSIDE the oven. Ya know...to make sure that the baking goodies don't burn.
find a recipe and put it together well the first thing you wanna learn is to turn the oven on
Get a recipe book and watch everything goes as it should...
Start with muffins... Thats easy enough.
you can find loads of recipes on the net just go to google and type in what you want eg scones or biscuits good luck it might be a idea to get a childs cookery book to start with the basic simple recipes Well people will tell you that there is nothing to it, and really if you follow the instructions it isnt that hard. Try a simple cookie recipe first like peanut butter, or sugar. Make sure to read the ingredients list carefully so you can have everything you need. Make sure that you have a good mixing bowl and measuring cups as well and then just follow the instructions step by step one ingredient at a time. Dont worry about it too much because if you dwell on it you might make a mistake in the end it is just a cookie no big deal if it burns, the next batch you make will get better and better until you are a full blown baking goddess.

I suggest trying a simple banana bread recipe, like the one below. It is really easy, it takes few ingredients, and it is hard to screw up. I suggest adding some chopped walnuts and sprinkling brown sugar on top before baking. Watch the cooking time- it always took longer in my (gas-powered, Italian) oven.

well what do you wanna bake you can make a lot of things like,
cake
brownies
cookies
banana bread
you can make any thing at all.
Baking can be tricky and you get better at it with practice. You should have a few mixing bowls one really big, one medium and one small. You will need an electric mixer (handheld is fine), a spatula that will scrape down a bowl, PAM in butter flavor, vanilla, flour (all purpose), baking soda, and baking powder are all things to keep in the pantry. Get mesuring spoons, cups, and a liquid measure cup. You cannot interchange liquid and dry measure cups, it messes up the recipies. You should follow recipie instructions on buttering or spraying pans. Start with some simple tried and true things like chocolate chip cookies (tip: freeze the dough 20 min before baking), Hersheys chocolate cake, (on the cocoa can). Just keep at it and you will be a Martha in no time.
