Hello fellow foodnetwork watcher!

Its spelled Foige gras

It's a french delicacy. Basically its a fatten goose or duck liver, often used to make pate.
its what the first guy said and its VERY VERY rich. your daily fat intake can be found in one bite of it.
Foige gras is the liver of a goose that has been forced to drink enough alcohol that its liver gets cirrhosis or fatty and expands to 10 times its normal size.
The taste is something like pork fat but creamy.
Source(s):
I have tried it.
It was ok but not worth the price.
I believe it is goose liver.
