(1) it might be tzatziki (I know this is spelled wrong)-it's a cream sauce served on some Greek dishes- real light-good stuff--- Ans.(2) I'm in the deep south and I've seen something like what you're talking about(@ wedding, funeral, reception, reunion, etc...) and there's no tellin' what the hell that stuff is. But, it's good. I'll ask my mom. 2 pices of sandwich bread
mix together Avocados and cream cheese(or you can just put
them on the bread separate)
Layer sliced cucumbers on the bread
alpha sprouts layered
and enjoy...very healthy!!!
