This is not really a recipe but whenever I make a pork roast....the next day I clean everything off the bone (if had a bone) and either cut the pieces into bite sizes or tear it and add some soy sauce and barbecue sauce..slap it on a bun with some coleslaw and my family thinks I am amazing all over again.

go to cooks.com, recipes.com they have all kinds of recipes you can use.my favorite one is the next day shedd pork and saute with mushrooms onions green bell peppers and fill warm tortias top with salsa, tomatoes, sourcream these fajitas are better than any restrurant and a whole lot cheaper.oh add some worchestshire sause to saute mix try it its great...
I like to slice it then fry it in olive oil.
It is also good if you cut it up in small peices and use it in chow mein.
Well, make a soup or a sandwich that's what I do.
