My mom used to make this as an entree. Unfortunately, I never got the recipe from her and she is now deceased. I think she used bisquick as one of the ingredients and maybe some type of Campbells Soup as a gravy. I know that she baked it and the corned beef was encased by the bisquick dough. Does anyone out there have this recipe?

Answers:
I asked my Mother-in law for this....she said the recipe on the bisquick box called for sausage ,corned beef or any other meat leftover.Grandma uses cream of mushroom soup for the gravy
just use half the milk for the soup

1 lb Corned Beef
2 c Sharp Chedder Cheese Grated
3 c Bisquick
1/3 c Water

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 F for 15 minutes.

Makes about 5 dozen.

I don't know ! But it sounds interesting. Have you tried to make them ....... from what you remember your mum did ?
Anyway, next time I get some Corned beef I'll experiment.

You could try putting the corned beef through a blender along with some cheese ( moist type and maybe a little parmesan ) and roll the mix into balls, then roll in bread crumbs and bake on an oven tray for a few minutes .... shouldn't take long as if the meat is cooked you only want the cheese to melt and bind ( have to use a bit more meat than cheese though as they may flatten out as the cheese melts. ..... of if you are using cubed c/beef then place a sq of cheese on top of each piece and wrap in pastry then cook. Anyway have fun trying. :)
Corned Beef Cheese Ball

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (12 ounce) can corned beef, drained and shredded
3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup minced fresh parsley

Beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until blended. Stir in corned beef, pickle relish, lemon juice, horseradish, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon peel. Shape cream cheese mixture into a ball and wrap tightly in foil. Chill 30 for minutes.

Roll in parsley. Serve with assorted crackers and/or apple wedges.

Makes 12 to 15 servings.
