as long as you mix it with some sharp cheddar, it will be fine. You need some zing. Just melt it by grating it over the top of your chips and zapping it in the microwave.

Mozarella would be great on nachos, w/ a couple pepperoni's tossed over the top & jalepeneo's , yes, pop in the microwave for about 30-35 seconds yes-----melt it in pan
first mozarella is a very soft type cheese...
just shred the cheese on the nachos ( make it lots of cheese) and heat it in your microwave and walah!!! cheezy nachos is ready to munch....
I don't think that would be good. why waste perfectly good mozz. use the cheese for mozz en carotza
