It depends on what the natural causes were. As long as it didn't have a disease you should be safe. I assume you've taken steps to preserve it. Then you'll have to find a butcher thats willing to cut up the meat for you, assuming you don't know how to yourself. Personally I don't see anything wrong with eating animals, but to be honest I think its a little weird to eat something that was once your pet... But hey I guess it would have just gone to waste right?
