I made a shrimp pasta and I'm wondering if it's ok to reheat it in the microwave. My boyfriend would like to bring it to work and they only have a microwave.

Answers:
Yes, but only for a minute or so, or they'll become rubbery.

Other Answers:

yes...just dont over cook them Yes, but tell him to put the power to 70%

yup...but not for too long or it will taste like rubber ... it gets hard if you cook it too much...

It certainly won't hurt to reheat the shrimp. But b/c microwave ovens at work tend to be a bit unreliable - I would heat the shrimp separately from the pasta. The shrimp will heat through faster. My recommendation when packing the pasta dish - pack the pasta separate from the shrimp. Heat the pasta first and then heat the shrimp for about 45 seconds. If not warm enough hit it for another 15-30 seconds. This way it is all done evenly.

They get rubbery--but you can use the reheat button
