No, Mayonnaise is raw egg yolks. Never use after the expiration date. You can go crazy if you eat like that for long time.

It would'nt bother ME if YOU did, but for YOUR sake, I would'nt suggest that. Wait until you are older, like 99, or 100, and ready and expecting something like that to happen to your body.
