Answers:
you can eat anything but it depends on what kind of a diet you are on. A 3,000 cal diet or a 1500 cal diet? try making them with applesause instead of veg. oil to make it slightly healthier. plus they say chocolate is good for you. just dont go overboard. if you deny yourself treats all the time, the temptations will get to hard and then the top will blow and you will lose your diet. just be sensible. and try not to eat anything after 7pm

Other Answers:
No you stupid fat ****.
only if you're trying to gain weight.
Its ok to eat anything on a diet just eat very small portions.
Actually, it is ok, but only in moderation. These days dieticians will tell you that *not* giving into urges can trigger even more eating, of every other thing except the thing that you are craving.

So have a browine, but only one.

I "diet" is what you put into your body to nourish it. They come in many forms. Hence your question, I am sure. I prefer not to diet even though I am overweight. A conscientous meal plan that includes all food groups and takes in less calories than I expend is the best surefire way to lose weight. Which is usually the goal of "dieting." Add exercise and stress management and you end up losing a little faster. Diet pills, on the other hand, just rev up a metabolism artifically and then can cause long-term problems when you "got off the diet." Is this any help?!?!
I agree with some of the others. If you have small portions that will be fine.
here's on recipe I found.
Chocolate Brownies

These moist little brownies taste as rich and chewy as they sound, yet they contain no added butter or oil! Tofu is the magic ingredient, but your family will never know it's there. Be sure to cut the brownies into exactly 24 squares and have only 1 per person. (Freeze the rest for another specialty indulgence day!)

Makes 24 brownies (2" squares).

Ingredients

1/3 cup almonds
1/2 cup fat-free milk
4 ounces Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate
3/4 cup soft silken tofu (about 1/3 of a 14-ounce package), extra water discarded
3 eggs
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup soft wheat pastry flour*
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Chips
1 to 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar, sifted (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grind the almonds in a coffee grinder or small food processor.
2. Bring the fat-free milk to a boil in a small saucepan, then remove from the heat. Break up the chocolate, add to the milk, and stir until creamy. Set aside.
3. Place the tofu, eggs, dry milk, cocoa, and brown sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat until well blended.
4. Add the melted chocolate and beat until blended. Add the ground almonds, flour, and baking powder and beat until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Pour the batter into an ungreased 12 1/4" x 8 1/4 " x 1 1/4" cake pan (foil pans work well) and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. When cool, sift the confectioners' sugar (if using) on top and cut into 24 squares.

Per brownie: 98 calories, 5 g fat (2 g sat fat), 3 g protein, 12 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 23 mg cholesterol, 30 mg sodium

*Arrowhead Mills Organic Pastry Flour or any other brand of soft wheat (not whole wheat) flour with fiber is fine. You can also use Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Flour.
Other wise my loving wife is part of Weight Watchers and that has a lot of good food.

Good luck and all of God's Blessings
