Answers:
Yes you can! There's a recipe with cherry coke

Cherry Coke Cheesecake

1 cup diet Cherry Coke, boiling
3 ounces cherry sugar free jello
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla, pure

Dissolve jello in the boiling hot Cherry Coke. Pour into blender. Add cream and vanilla.

Blend well until very smooth and creamy. Pour into 6 custard cups and cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate until firm.

UNLESS YOU WANT BUBBLY CHEESE CAKE
Source(s):
NO SOURCES NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO TRY THAT It is possible to cook cakes using Coke. A couple of years ago, Coca Cola commissioned the Culinary Institute to develop recipes based on Coke. One of the dishes was for a Light Lime Cheesecake created with Minute Maid Limonada. Cook was regularly used in a variety of cakes notably carrot cake. I am afraid I cannot find anything about cooking cheesecake using Coke.
