Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Is it possible to make ice cream from milk, butter and sugar?),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
Yes, I've done it. Heat up the milk to near-boiling. Put softened butter in the blender. Add milk and blend until butter is melted and thoroughly combined. Add sugar and blend again. Add vanilla only after it cools slightly for best flavor. Then freeze it. If you don't mind your ice cream being slightly lower in fat, you can just use whole milk and not bother with the butter at all. You can also change the flavoring by using cocoa powder, instant coffee, mint extract, etc. Or even better, boil the milk with whole coffee beans or mint leaves. If you make coffee ice cream this way, it will be nearly white and strongly coffee flavored (depending on how many beans you use). Yumm!!
Other Answers:
All you need is milk and vanilla. You put them in a zip lock bag and then you put that in a bag full of ice with salt then shake shake shake and 5 minutes later you'll have ice cream.
