Answers:
I like it for supper. But to have a side dish with it is a bit much. Its my opinion because quices can be so filling I would just eat it by itself but if you want side dish then maybe you can opt with a salad or another vegetable.

Other Answers:
Carrot soup with a touch of basil is great with quiche

Sliced tomatoes make a good side dish, or salad maybe not really!

Sounds good to me. I'd serve some chopped up fresh fruit, like strawberries, grapes, and canteloupe, with vanilla yogurt to dip it in and toasted coconut to sprinkle on top. Sure! Great choice, serve with potato's, bread, maybe start w/ a nice soup or salad end w/ dessert.

nop

Fresh fruit on the side, since it's a nice light contrast to the heaviness of the quiche.

It all depends on what ingredients you use in the quiche......
I've also found that I can alter the consistency one way or the other by how many eggs I use, what kind of cheese I use, whether I leave the cheese in small chunks or grate it finely....
So, with a light quiche, made without meat, a nice light broiled piece of fish would go well along with a salad....spring mix or something like that...dark greens...

On the other hand, a heavy quiche full of meat may be best complemented by a light, clear soup...or even a cold cucumber soup...

Sliced tomatoes go well with just about anything....

White wine...

Light dessert...cheese and fruit or a fruit mousse.....

mmmmmm.............making me hungry.....

have fun with it...
