I favorite homemade recipe. I use this recipe for many foods. Wonton, steaming with vegetables, wrapped in cabbage and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Ingredient:
1/2 pounds of ground pork, chicken, or turkey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
5 tablespoons water
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Canola Oil
Cornstarch
Method:
Mix ground meat with salt and water. Put in refrigerator for one hour.
Add eggs and mix in one (1) direction.
Add soy sauce and stir.
Add oil and stir.
Add cornstarch and stir. Put back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
Put in steam tray/bowl and steam until fork/toothpick is dry.
