Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Looking for recipe for lemon vinaigrette?),it will help you,my kids.
I am looking for recipes for lemon vinagrette salad dressing. Or links to sites that would have it. I can't find it in any grociery stores (can find raspberry vinagrette) I just loved it when I was in hospital with pnumonia, and would love to have it at home. Thanks for any help.
Answers:
This is yummy!
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup any flavor vinegar (for this recipe I would stick with whitewine vinegar)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
salt/pepper
parsley (about a tablespoon)
juice of 1 lemon, more if you like
Garlic powder if you want it...but it will kill the lemon flavor
Whisk everything but the Olive Oil, adding that slowly at the end. This is a very "fresh" recipe and I think to many spices will take away from the lemon if you are looking for a serious lemon vinegarette.
Other Answers:
This is the lemon vinaigrette recipe that I use:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch freshly cracked black peppercorns
In a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
Yields 1/4 cup. hope this helps
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (can use hazelnut or walnut oil)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch freshly cracked black peppercorns
In a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Store, covered, in the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
Yields 1/4 cup.
