INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large pot, boil the chicken until tender. Cut the breasts into cubes or small pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the water chestnuts, onion, soup, most of the crushed corn flakes and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the rest of the crushed corn flakes on top of the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Cheesy Chicken Chile Bake
An easy chicken casserole with chopped green chile peppers and cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 jar cheese spread, 8 ounces
1/2 cup milk
2 cups leftover cooked diced chicken
1 small can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion or 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
4 cups corn chips
PREPARATION:
Chicken and cheese and chile bake recipe directions
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, heat soup and cheese until well blended. Gradually stir in milk; add chicken, chopped chile, and onion. Cook and stir until bubbly.

3/4 to 1 cup buttered bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
Sauté onions and bell pepper in butter until tender. Add flour; stir until well blended. Add broth and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until thickened. Add tomatoes, olives and mushrooms. Cook noodles according to package directions, just until tender
Drain well. Layer half of noodles, chicken, sauce, and cheese in a 3-quart casserole or baking dish. Repeat with a second layer. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Serves 8.

1 cup Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
Boil noodles until tender; drain. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until browned. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cook until thickened. Combine cream cheese and evaporated milk in saucepan and cook on low heat until mixture is smooth. Stir in noodles and garlic salt. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Spread on meat mixture. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350F degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. 2 lbs ground beef browned with 1 1/2 packets taco seasoning. Put in bottom of casserole dish, cover with sour cream, then salsa, shredded colby/jack cheese, tortilla chips. Top with more salsa and shredded cheese and bake at 375 for about 35-45 minutes (until bubbly). Good stuff!!

Mix ground beef with seasoning, chopped onions and shredded cheese. Make very, very thin patties about 1/2 inch bigger than bun. Place on bun and broil until done. Watch out though, if patties aren't thin enough, bun will burn before meat's done. I make a meal I call Slops.
Can of plum tomato's, beans,freshly boiled potatoes cut up small, tin of sweetcorn, can of oxtail soup and grilled sausages chopped into pieces.
Stick it into a saucepan heat and serve.
