I guess I'm supposed to cut it in half or something but without separting the white and the egg. Help!

Answers:
beat the egg in a bowl and only use 2/3 of what is in the bowl.

Other Answers:
Crack the egg and lightly beat it, then use 2/3 of the liquid.

Use a smaller egg Never heard of this problem before, but the first answer is correct.

Are you sure you absolutely can't (according to the recipe) separate the white and the yolk? That doesn't make a lot of sense, especially if the egg will eventually be mixed in anyway. Recheck that recipe and use your best judgement. If it were me, I'd first try finding the smallest sized egg at the grocery store and use that. Alternatively, I'd scramble the egg and remove a couple of tablespoons before adding it to the recipe.

Why not multiply all of the other ingredience by 3/2 and use one whole egg?

use a small egg lol, the questions are funnier than the answers. lol

please reread the receipe.
it may have said 2-3 eggs.
no receipe would have called for such outraged devision of egg.

draw on the outside of the egg two lines in equal portions...you can color it if you want, like an easter egg. position the egg vertically then take a knife and slice thru the egg on the highest line (real fast)- remove the excess shell and pour the egg into the mix Never heard of a recipe for 2/3 of an egg. Must be a misprint. Look at similar recipes and see what they have for eggs. You can also try the recipe with 1 egg (all of it) and see if the dish comes out good.

take an egg and divide it by the shell, yolk, and the white. And only put the 2 you like in.

the easiest and less messiest would be to buy egg beaters and follow the measurements on the back.
