Answers:
Peanut butter sandwiches with chocolate chips. Bread with condensed milk.
Other Answers:
ummm sandwhiches and some crisps chocolate and a cake bar and some jusice and fruit lots of your childs favourite fruit and in ur sandwhiches put linseed as that is high in omega 3 verygood for when kids have tests and nuts !
noodles in a cup?
try fresh fruit salad in a small container a small tub of yogurt and mix together when lunch time comes.
try a salad and pasta meal.
or even some dry biscuits, salad and cheese and fruits diced.
Sandwiches.... try changing the contents daily, e.g. one day have Egg & Cress..... day after Chorizo Sausage..... day after that Chicken Tikka..... day after that Beef spread, etc.
Sausage roll / Cornish Pasty / Scotch egg
Packet of crisps / potato chips / corn snacks or whatever you prefer to call 'em (I like Pickled onion monster munch) - get a multipack with a variety of flavours in it, and put different ones in every day.
Cup Cake / Slice of cake / Couple of biscuit bars / Chocolate bar (loads to choose from)
500ml (16 US Liquid Ounce) bottle of either Dr Pepper / coke / Orange Juice (tropicana's best) / 7UP / Dandelion & Burdock / Ginger Beer / flavoured water, etc (unlike a can, a bottle can be re-sealed if you don't finish it all at once).
Cheese lettuce and Vegemite sandwiches,an orange that's been peeled in a spiral and had the peel put back on and six milk coffee biscuits with butter on top and an Orange Fruit Box and two Bertie Beetles.
wraps are easy to eat and quick to make
perogies or pockets of dough filled with veggies and meats and baked are really good, but need some planning. you can put most anything in them from pizza to breakfast items. Make a bunch and freeze them!
Whatever those who eat them like. Then, cook up in bulk and freeze in individual sandwich bags. You can do this with almost any quiche, for instance; by lunchtime, the quiche is thawed but still cool so it won't go bad. If you like cold pizza (or can heat it up), that makes a good lunch, too!
I say M&Ms and snickers will be so much fun for lunch. Fruits if you have some. Also, try home made hamburgers.
Ostrich patties or chicken patties
Blackwing.com (Ostrich is SOOOO GOOD!) I eat it everyday for lunch and never get sick of it!! Its a red meat that is super lean!
