lil smokies in the frozen croissant dough are nice. as well as mini bagel pizzas. you can also spread flour tortilla with cream cheese and then place ham on it. roll up and cut in 1/2
heres pizza dip..use fritos or heavy chip..
Quick and easy appetizer. Serve with crackers.
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with mushrooms and peppers
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup green peppers
1 3 oz. package of pepperoni slices
2 Tablespoons basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Let cream cheese set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350*, unless you are using a glass serving dish then cut
heat to 325*. Beat with an electric mixer to soften it. Spread the cream
cheese on the bottom and sides of a 9 “ Pyrex pie plate or other serving
plate that you can pop in the oven. Top the cream cheese with the
spaghetti sauce, onions, green peppers, and pepperoni. Sprinkle with basil;
top with cheeses. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted, about 10-15
minutes. Serve warm with crackers.

There are little plastic cups(almost shot glass size but smaller) that are great for jello shots. Why would you freeze it? Make sure when you make them that you use half water and half vodka, otherwise it isn't going to work. Good luck!!
The best are the little white paper portion cups- you would probably have to go to a restaurant supply store though.
I don't know if it will freeze well. Alcohol doesn't freeze. But the jello part sounds yummy. You could make finger sandwiches, chips, dip, pasta salad, pigs in a blanket with toothpicks inserted. there are alot of stuff. you can even visit foodnetwork.com and visit Paula Deen she is always making party foods.

I use strawberry jello and half the water. Pour the water over the jello and let it melt and I add in a cup of vodka.
Don't worry about a cup.Honey just drink it.........lol

They have the small paper cups for dispensers that you use in the bathroom at WalMart, etc.
A good finger food recipe.
Get a regular size cookie sheet and cover it with the canned croissant dough. Bake till golden brown. Frost it with a good spinach dip from the deli/grocer. Layer it with minced onions, finely chopped broccoli, minced tomatoes and finely shredded cheese.
Always a big hit.

Some other good flavors for jello shots are: Malibu Rum with Pineapple Jello and Vanilla Stoli vodka with orange jello. A great recipe that goes over really well is a nacho dip. Mix two 8oz cream cheese with a packet of taco seasoning spread it on the bottom of a 9x13 dish layer with a can of refried beans and top with shredded Mexican cheese. Either microwave or bake until top layer of cheese is melted (tastes better in oven) and then serve with favorite tortilla chips.
