You might find them in your ethnic isle at the local megamart, but you%26#039;d have a better selection at an asian market, if you live in or around a big city.

it is a variation on the classic korean table salad and the vietnamese summer roll... the noodles are rice stick noodles and are available in any asian market and most supermarkets

they%26#039;re cellophane noodles. you can get them at just about any large supermarket. be careful if you cook them though....a little puffs up into a lot!
