hey! I am part of a cooking club website, why don't you join? It is free, and you can browse hundreds of thousands of recipes by whatever actegory you want, like vegetarian, vegan, milkshakes, cakes, main courses, etc....

I don't know if you have an Atlantic bookstore anywhere near you, but if you do I found a awesome cookbook in there with 1,000 vegetable recipes in it
