Kids favorite chili dip --
One lb. Velvetta
1 can chili

Melt together and use with corn chips 1.BAKED VELVEETA MACARONI AND CHEESE
WITH BROCCOLI

1 1/2 lbs. elbow macaroni (optional)
3/4 stick butter (butter)
1 1/4 c. milk
1 lg. block Velveeta
1 pkg. broccoli in cheese sauce
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Cook macaroni. Cook broccoli with cheese sauce and plain broccoli. Cut Velveeta in cubes. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out and stir then bake for another 20 minutes. You can also add bread crumbs on the top for last 20 minutes. Sauce thickens as it cools

2.VELVEETA CHEESE BAKED MACARONI

8 x 8 inch Pyrex dish - greased with butter.
Cut Velveeta cheese in slices, cut in half corner to corner. Put a 1/2 slice at each corner of baking dish point down. Put a whole slice in middle of bottom of dish. Repeat 1/2 slices points toward piece in center and around sides of dish (points up).

Add 1/2 of your cooked macaroni. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese Repeat layer of Velveeta cheese.

Add remaining macaroni, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layer of Velveeta. Dot with butter. Pour over 1 cup of milk. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour in oven.

3.CROCK POT MACARONI & CHEESE

2 c. dry macaroni
2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
3 c. milk

Cook macaroni until almost done. In crock pot on high, mix butter and cheese cut in small pieces until melted. Add macaroni, milk and stir well. Set crock pot on low until meal time, stirring occasionally.

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
8 ounces pasteurized process cheese, Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar, about 5 cups unsifted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts
PREPARATION:
In a large saucepan over medium heat butter and cheese cubes together, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Sift together confectioners' sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well. Stir in non-fat dry milk, vanilla and nuts. Turn into a 9x9x2-inch pan; chill until firm and cut into squares. Makes about 3 pounds of Velveeta Fudge.

Yield: 6 servings
1 lg Can crushed pineapple
1 ts Lemon juice
? To 1 c. sugar
1 ? Envelope Knox gelatin
1 ct Cool Whip
1 ? c Velveeta cheese
? c Chopped nuts
? c Well drained maraschino cherries

Mix and boil 3 minutes 1 cup crushed pineapple (large), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 to 1 cup sugar. Dissolve 1 1/2 envelope Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Add to above. Completely cool until mixture thickens slightly. Add 1 package Cool Whip. Add 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries. Fold in pineapple mixture and let set VELVEETA Steak Stroganoff

1-1/4 lb. beef flank steak, cut across the grain into thin slices
1 medium onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. black pepper

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add steak and onions; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until steak is no longer pink.
STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add noodles; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 7 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring frequently.
ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
