Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Wanna share a recipe for a salad dressing made with red wine vinegar or balsamic),it will help you,my kids.

Here's my favorite:
2T parmesan cheese
2T red wine vinegar
3T olive oil
one fine chopped green>******************************...
Red Onion/Shallot Dressing

1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1 medium shallot, minced, or 2 T red onion, minced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp McCormick's Spicy blend, or other general purpose spice blend
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Salt

Combine in blender at top speed for about a minute, so that all of the onion or shallot is reduced. The result should be a creamy pink dressing. Chill overnight in refrigerator. The result is a mild, oniony dressing with a slightly sweet edge.

Other Answers:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Crushed dried red pepper to taste
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:

In a medium bowl or food processor, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and red pepper. Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking until emulsified.

This recipe for Balsamic Vinaigrette serves/makes 1.25 cups. A simpliest way is to mix salt with Aceto balsamico, then add olive oil.

I think that you may use these vinegars in recipes, where the type of vinegar is not specified (of course, not cider vinegar is better when apples are in a salad).
A good one is presented in http://scheidbach.tripod.com/ Part: Spicy recipes, Coleslaw.

I may propose also two recipes not for raw salads.

A cream for green peas (presented by American Lithuanian D.Stanaitis in Bon Appetit, May 86, p.47)
? cups sour cream
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 teaspoons milk
1 ? teaspoons sugar
? teaspoons salt
? teaspoons mustard powder

Georgian walnut sauce for grilled eggplants and other vegetables
(recorded by soviet diplomat Pohlyobkin in his book about cousines of peoples who made part of SSSR):

1-1 ? cups walnuts
? cups grenade juice (or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar)
3/4 cups boiled water
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red bell pepper
1 teaspoon suneli spices (not hot, but aromatic Caucasian herb mix made of petersil, coriander, fenugreek, thyme, safflower, peppermint, dill seeds, celery seeds, paprika, /maybe also with more ingredients, such as oregano, savory, basilic, estragon, laurel/)
? teaspoon safflower
? teaspoon coriander
Pestle together walnuts, bell pepper, garlic, salt until homogenous mix. Add spices. Dilute the grenade juice with water and dilute the sauce with this mixture by stirring.
