Buy a bottle of Hot Wing Sauce, it is usually in the bbq sauce, Tabasco sauce, ketchup aisle. Don't just get hot sauce, there will be bottles that say "Hot Wing Sauce" on it. It is thicker than hot sauce.
Get a large plastic tupperware bowl that has a lid to it.
After you bake or fry the chicken put it in the big bowl. Now pour the sauce on top of it. Put the lid on the bowl and shake the bowl. This will cover the wings with the sauce.
Serve with Blue cheese or Ranch dressing.

-Drain chicken on paper towels for 30 seconds, then immediately toss fried chicken in buffalo sauce mixture and remove with a slotted spoon.
-Repeat with remaining chicken.
