MONSTER COOKIES
12 eggs
2 lbs brown sugar
8 c sugar
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs corn syrup
8 tsp baking soda
1 lb butter
3 lb peanut butter
18 c rolled oats
1 lb chocolate chips (you can do 1/2 white choc and 1/2 reg choc~its your call)
1 lb M&M candies
Mix in in LARGE pan in order given. Drop by large spoonfuls and bake 10-12 min. at 325
(these freeze well)

i use the choco chip recipe on the back of the choco chip bag and add, add, add all kinds of ingredients like reese's pieces, cruched heath bars, skor bars basically any candy you like. Bake and enjoy!

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 c. choc chips
1 c. M&M candies
1 c. white choc. chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Cream butter, sugars, peanut butter, and eggs in a large bowl. Blend in baking soda, vanilla and oats, until well mixed. Stir in choc chips, M&M's, and white chips. Scoop about 1/3 c. dough for each cookie. Place on prepared cookie sheets, placing about 4 inches apart. Press each cookie to flatten slightly. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm in center. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen cookies.
