Each Sushi place does it a little different. One place we go to uses Mayo and Cayenne powder and very fine chopped green onions. Another uses pureed jalapenos, cayenne and mayo.
CEPRN...you must not eat sushi. Wasabi and spicy sauce is two different things.
You people are dumb...you must not eat Sushi. Wasabi is not the "spicy sauce" Why answer a questions when you don't know what you are talking about?!?!?!

Wasabi is what you want. It is ground up wasabi Root (or Wasbi root). You can buy it in paste form or powder form. Powder form just needs a bit of water.

mayo, horseradish, tomato sause, chili powder I would blieve that for sushi it would involve wasabi( a japanese
horseradish) so to make this easy buy prepared mayonnaise and wasabi in a bowl mix the mayo 3 to 1with wasabi or to taste and for a little more kick add a princh of ginger .
