seeing as that's where i'm from, i have a lot to choose from... but i just adore this dish called fatti.
it has toasted pita bread, chick peas, a white sauce, and nuts (pecans or almonds) all layered on top of each other. very tasty.

I adore kibbee and a breakfast dish I had and I try to make sometimes called Tissyeh (sp?) I have Syrian friends and they taught me to cook a little, I like to make bamia and daewood basha too :)
