Answers:
This is not a recipe I've tried but it sounds like it should work, if you try it out & it works let me know.
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 Tablespoon soft butter
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 Tablespoon instant espresso powder
* 6 oz. semisweet chocolate
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 6 eggs
* 1 Tablespoon Grand Marnier
* 12 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks
Preheat oven to 375°F.
1. Coat a 6-cup soufflé dish with the butter and sprinkle in 1/4 cup of the sugar. Rotate the mold to coat completely and shake out the excess.
2. Put the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, chocolate and water together in a small saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring to combine.
3. Break the eggs into a blender. Add the cream and Grand Marnier and blend together until eggs and cream are thoroughly mixed.
4. With the blender running, scrape in the melted chocolate. Add the cream cheese chunks>------------------------------...
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350 F. Butter 6-cup souffle dish; coat with 1 tablespoon sugar.
Stir together cocoa and flour in medium bowl. Add butter; blend well. Heat milk in medium saucepan until very hot. Reduce heat; add cocoa mixture, beating with whisk until smooth and thick. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Cool slightly. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Cool to room temperature.
Beat egg whites in large bowl until foamy; gradually add remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and continue beating until stiff. Stir small amount beaten whites into chocolate mixture; fold chocolate mixture into remaining whites. Carefully pour into prepared dish.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes until puffed. Serve immediately with scoop of ice cream.
