Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(french bread pizza?),it will help you,my kids.

I am trying my hand at making french bread pizza, and it didn't turn out so great. I bought a package of those french bread sticks at my local bakery, sliced them in half lengthwise and put my toppings on top. I baked them for 13 minutes on 350 (until the edges turned brown) but my bread is soggy! Any suggestions?

Answers:
Next time, don't bake them, broil them. It's much faster and since the bread is already baked, there's no need to bake it -- you really just want to heat the sauce and toppings and melt the cheese.

Other Answers:
Maybe you can try toasting the bread first... and then adding the pizza sauce and toppings?
try baking the bread with a thin layer of sugar. that will make it carmelize and harder
Buy the frozen ones.

Delish.
you r trippin just take 2.00$and go bye frozen ones lolj/k do w/e u feel in your heart?
I think Stouffer's has a frozen French bread pizza.
Well, you could try toasting it first like the person about me sad.

But, what probably happened is that you didn't hollow out some of the bread inside. This creates more room for the toppings and less chance for the bread to become soggy :)
Butter the slices lightly and toast them for a few minutes before hand. Then take them from the oven, add your toppings and bake untill the cheese melts and turns a golden color....a bit longer if you like crispy edges. I hope this helps! Take care!
mmmmm...sounds good, sauce leak through and make the bread soggy???
lightly toast the bread first then put it in and broil it
toast the bread first.

put the cheese first on the bread after toasting and THEN the sauce. The cheese will act as a sealant to prevent the liquid marinara sauce from soaking the breat.
Are you waiting to eat them? Because that might make them turn soggy, at my work we make them but the bread is not very soft.. maybe you could even try freezing the products and then putting them on. But it probably is just the bread.
Use less sauce or get used to them being soggy.
Never tried to hand make it but the frozen ones are good.
how i cook the french bread pizza is i belt butter first....then i drizzle it over the bread....then i sprinkle a small amount of garlic powder....then i add the pizza sauce and toppings....throw it in the oven...until the chesse is melted and the edges are brown.
Toast the bread lightly, then add the cheese first. Then your other toppings, with a little more cheese on top of that. The first layer of cheese will keep the sauce from oozing into your bread making it soggy. And you might try a toaster oven or broiling your pizza, too. Good luck!
Grill or brown the bread first.
Try using tomato slices instead of sauce.

bake the bread first, and then add the sauce and toppings, with other kinds u should cook them at the same time
Don't buy the frozen ones, they NEVER cook in the middle!!! What I would do is either toast the bread slightly beforehand, and then put on the toppings, or put a layer of cheese down before you put the sauce, because the sauce is probably what is making your bread soggy. So do thin layer of cheese, sauce, cheese, toppings, or whatever, and possibly that will prevent sogginess. Good luck!
Use any or all of these tips:

(1) Use a thicker chunky sauce.

(2) spread garlic butter on breads, toast first

(3) melt cheese quickly before toppings (seals bread)

(4) THEN vegetables & toppings briefly at higher heat

(at higher high it burns quicker...watch closely)

I worked in pizza parlor. Trick is quick cooking at high heat...not 13 min...lets sauce ruin bread) Experiement! Enjoy!

We used to sometimes stir fry vegees quickly in advance too.
i do know how 2 rite really well i just do dis cuz im use 2 it zo i dont need a dictionary thank u 4 suggestin
Maybe Toast your bread first and let it get crispy and then after a few minutes of browning the bread, add your toppings and rebake until the cheese melts over it all and it is all heated thoroughly!!! Good luck!!!

I love and watch Food Network I get great tips from them but I think I kind of basically came up with the idea to bake the bread first on my own or maybe I saw it on some show like 30 minute meals what ever!!! Have fun and good luck again!
Simple!.Just apply a thin layer of butter or mayonnaise to the bread before putting on the sauce and topping. The oil in butter or mayonnaise will stop the liquid from the sauce to sip thru to the bread when baking.
turn the damn oven down you are cooking it to fast i make pizzas all day so turn it down
