i've never eaten those but i love a good piece of salmon baked with some chopped tomato's and olive oil!
Other Answers:

TILAPIA!!! Without a doubt. It's best pan-seared with jerk seasoning :-)

Sorry don't know, I only eat flounder or salmon
Snapper has a stronger flavor, tilapia is more mild. So, if you REALLY like fish, I'd choose the snapper. If you're not such a fish fan, then I'd go with the tilapia.
Also, I think the tilapia has a more tender flake than the snapper.
TALAPIA!!!!!!!!!!
Damn that stuff is good!
I'm having Mahi-Mahi tonight.
I live on seafood!
Really dislike red meat of any kind...well, except bacon. lol

My mouth!
I like them both...Red Snapper is wonderful pan seared and I absolutely love tilapia breaded in crushed tortilla chips, lime and chipotle and then baked.
It just depends on if you like your fish to taste like fish or not...tilapia is very mild flavored.
tilapia-defintely
Tilapia
