actually shahi paneer is a marwari recipe.. it's very versatile it can be cooked without>garlic,gingr,cordammoms,clove,... seed,cashewnuts after that grind all the things.
now we need one more wessel put in 3 tsp oil let it be little hot then put in cumin seed,a pinch of turmeric,red chili powder,salt and add things(paste) which we grinded and put the tomato puree.
Now let it be hot for two minutes. After that put the paneer cubes. Now your shahi paneer is ready.
