use milk sparingly..id start with 1/2 a cup. grate choc bar and put in milk. use double boiler to heat without scorching. use the nesquick to thicken..a teaspoon at a time
drink the cognac while u wait ;-) (or you can put a small amount in a cup before adding hot choc mix)

start off with heating milk in a saucepan on high. when it begins to boil, add the chocolate bar and turn the heat to low to let it slowly melt.when it is almost melted, add a lot of nesquick and the cognac if desired. i usually add a little bit of cofee, but thats me. if it turns out to thin, add more nesquick and a little cream and let it boil for half a minute. mmm!
