Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

They have a machine that only cuts them to a certain point. As for the crumbs... they don't put the buns in 'till after they cut them and after they get rid of all the crumbs. They do the same at subway.

Umm... Duh! They're not cut! They are baked like rolls then split in half to make the bun... They never get cut apart. Hello! Let's use some common sense, people!

They're not cut. They're baked in two seperate bun pans. One for the top part, one for the bottom. They fit together perfectly and sometimes, if they're still warm when they're stacked together, they may "fuse" together a little, making it seem as if they were once "one piece".
