if you have a welder, just build a box with a lid and a grate. If you're asking how to smoke meat, put it on the grill as far away from the heat as possible, put some hickory chips or something on the briquets, leave it there for about 12 hours. Needs to cook real slow, like 175 degrees

a very simple one is made thusly:big metal trashcan,hot plate placed in the bottom,(small hole for cord)coffee can w/ wood chips on hot plate.thermometer through lid (optional).very simple and cheap.it's a start!

BBQ!! i love anything from the bbq! it gives everything an extra taste. lol i don't know if you've been to this one restaurant called the purple cow, but they make fried or bbq snickers and twinkies. eeewwww!!! it's nasty stuff! i love the BBQ but that's going way too far! lol. other than that, i'm sorry, b/c i'm not quite sure how to make it. good luck though. and have a great day!! : ) http://www.smokepistol.com/makeasmoker.html
