it's called sun tea. you just fill up the jar with water and add the recommended number of tea bags (read the package), and set it in the sunshine. you'll know it's done when it is the color of normal tea, usually a few hours depending on the heat.

Well, you mentioned all the ingredients in your questions, except water. Use a couple LARGE tea bags, a gallon of water, and plenty of sunshine.
Put enough tea into a gallon jug of cold water ( Glass works best) and set it out in direct sunlight for a few hours. Our use warmer water to speed up the process.
