I would roast it at 300 degrees with gravy in a glass or metal pan covered. Only for about 90 minutes if you like it a bit rare, longer if not.
Heat it at 160 celsius an hour for every pound. I usually wrap it in tin foil as this way it keeps it moist.

Marinate with salt and pepper and slice some thick potato slice,just place the beef on and put in the oven around 20min on 180degree
