Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(how do i make hard boiled eggs?),it will help you,my kids.

they always crack while boiling and are still raw inside

Answers:
Lay eggs on bottom of the pot

Try not to stack your eggs (it's better to do it in batches than overfill your pot)

Fill with water so it's an inch over the eggs

Put on high heat and bring to a rapid boil

Let boil for 12 minutes

Remove from heat

Remove the eggs immediately from the pot (I use a slotted spoon) and plunge them into cold water until you can pick them out of the water without burning your hands (a bit under a minute)

Other Answers:
If you want easy to peel eggs then put them in the pot in a single layer, and cover with cold water until they are fully submerged. Then bring to a full rolling boil. Once they reach a full boil, turn off the heat and set a timer for 10 minutes. After they have rested in the boiling water, peel under cold water.

Cover eggs with cold water.Bring to a boil, turn off heat, cover with lid and wait for 10 minutes. Your eggs will be perfectly done with no cracking. get the water boiling and gently lay the eggs in the boiling water. i usually use a spoon or something. cook the eggs at least 15 minutes in boiling water. then let cool for about 5.

put eggs in pan cover with cold water and a splash of vinegar bring water to boil reduce heat to slow boil for 8 minutes

perfectly done egg Place eggs in a large pan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand, covered for 25 minutes.
Immediately run cold water over them until cool to the touch, put in the refrigerator.
TIP: Use older eggs and they will peel easier. The fresher they are, the harder they are to peel. I always have a dozen in the frig, waiting to age a little before I hard boil them. A week or less before the exp. date usually produces a great hard-boiled egg. Put your eggs in a pot single layer fill it wit cold water bring it to a boil let them boil for 10 minutes then carefully empty all the water out and fill the pot with the eggs in it with very cold water and let it sit for a little while so they cool off and you can touch them to peel them.
